What Types of Spaces Are Available?
During Snell Library’s service desk hours, the following types of spaces are available for reservation:

- Group study rooms that can be reserved by all students on the first, second and third floors.
- Individual study rooms on the third floor reserved for graduate and doctoral students
Library Renovations: Lower Level and Fourth Floor Currently Closed
The fourth floor and lower level will be closed for the duration of Summer 2023 for renovations.
Room Booking Policies
- Study rooms in Snell Library can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.
- Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours at a time for group study rooms and up to 2 hours at a time for individual study rooms.
- A student can make no more than 4 room reservations per week, and no more than 7 hours per day.
